About Compass Claims
      History
    Compass Claims Service, Inc has been in business for over 15 years.  We
    began as a small "Mom & Pop"  operation in Prescott Valley in 1994. At the
    request of our customers we began to expand to the outlying areas of our
    state and then on into adjoining states and beyond.  We are proud of our
    expansion and the quality service we provide throughout the Continental
    United States.
     The Mission
    CCSI partners with clients to provide rapid, high quality assessments, which
    allow for accurate and quick resolution of their insurance claims.  CCSI
    operates with the utmost professionalism, highest ethics, and sincere concern
    for all parties involved in the claim process.
We Understand The Industry
At Compass Claims we place a premium on rapid precision in our     
reporting and customer service. Our goal is to alleviate workload
from  insurance personnel and to illuminate the claims process for
policy holders

Compass Cares
We are proud of our services. Upon receipt of an assignment, we make
immediate contact with the insured and become actively accountable to    
the file. Our inside staff is readily available through our centralized home
office to respond to calls from policyholders and insurance personnel.  A
live person answers our phones.  We value our customers and yours
