Message from the CEO:  Jim Erwin

    Compass Claims Service, Inc has grown over the past 15 years from a small
    “mom &  pop” claims service to a national entity with over 550 Compass
    trained employees  and National Headquarters in Prescott, AZ.

    We grew our firm at the request of our customers who enjoyed and profited
    from our “High Tech-High Touch” methodology, which resulted in tremendous
    feedback from Policyholders regarding our speed and courtesy.

    Over time, we refined our propriety technology and training methods to
    enhance our original model making it hard for prospective customers to
    believe the time and revenue we can save them.  

    What I hear when I speak to many Industry professionals is that “everyone
    tells me they can save us money and do a good job.”  They wonder what
            makes us any different.

    Two of our key differentiations are logistics and specialization.  We have over
    550 exclusive representatives across the nation and we specialize in property
    losses only.

    If we used the same old methods our competitors use, our results would be the
    same.  Different methods = better results.

    · We have a verifiable turnaround of 4-5 days from receipt of claim to         
    completion.

    ·  We call the insured immediately upon receiving an assignment and also the
    Agent to let them know we are “on the case.”

    · We have a national pricing program where you pay the same low fee for our
    services, in San Francisco as you would in Minnetonka, Minnesota and that
    includes all photographs and mileage.

    ·  We survey each Insured to receive feedback on our services and have
    consistently scored 95% or higher in satisfaction ratings.

    It is my proud observation that Compass is the finest claims service in the
